You really need to write down your thoughts about being baptized and save them in a safe place. Grandpa didn’t, and cannot remember one thing about his baptism. He is sure his father baptized him but has no information at all about the details.

Our Purpose
As we began to help our oldest son prepare for baptism, we decided we wanted to share with him baptism stories from the scriptures and from our family history. As we began collecting them, we realized that these stories should be preserved and shared.
In order to protect the privacy of those involved, we sometimes use initials instead of names, and give only the year and rough location of the story.
